• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories or tags attached.
• Perishable, personalized, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
• To initiate a return, please contact us first before sending any items back.

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed promptly through your original payment method or an agreed alternative.
• Shipping fees for returns may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was incorrect or defective due to our error.

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it or send a replacement at no extra cost. Please inform us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

• Items marked "Final Sale" or perishable goods cannot be returned unless defective.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging/accessories may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
